3rd Quarter 2019 Water Fitness Classes

Below is a listing of the Water Fitness Classes that are being given in the 3rd Quarter 2019 (July to September).

Water Fitness Room Orientation Every Fri. 9:30am (by appointment only).
Pool Orientation is required for all new participants in the water fitness program.
During orientation you will learn the rules and regulations of the aquatics program and how to properly enjoy the pool.
The pool is open for use by registered participants.

Outside of classes, we also have Open Water Fitness, hours that the pool is open for use by registered participants:
Mon. 7:00-9:15am, 3:00-4:45pm
Tue. 7:00-9:00am, 3:00-4:45pm
Wed. 7:00-9:15am, 3:00-4:45pm
Thur. 7:00-9:00am, 3:00-4:45 pm
Fri. 7:00-12:00pm, 1:00-4:45pm
Lifeguard is on duty but no instruction is available.
NOTE: The pool is closed every day from 12:00 noon 1:00pm
