4th Qtr Water Fitness Classes

Below is a listing of the Water Fitness Classes that are being given in the 4th Quarter 2018 (October to December).

Outside of classes, we also have Open Water Fitness, hours that the pool is open for use by registered participants:
Mon. 7:00-9:15am, 3:00-4:45pm
Tue. 7:00-9:00am, 3:00-4:45pm
Wed. 7:00-9:15am, 3:00-4:45pm
Thur. 7:00-9:00am, 3:00-4:45 pm
Fri. 7:00-12:00pm, 1:00-4:45pm
Lifeguard is on duty but no instruction is available.

Water Fitness Classes, 4th Quarter 2018

Arthritis Basic

An intense workout using flotation devices to keep your feet off the bottom of the pool.
