This 6 week course will focus on basic nutrition understanding, healthy eating and optimal nutrition for active agers and maximizing nutrition results through exercise.
The course will consists of 4 one-hour classroom sessions and 2 one-hour cooking sessions.

Participants will observe the instructor executing the techniques of cutting, grinding, foiling, and soldering glass to create a finished piece.
