Due to Winter Storm 2026, all Senior Multipurpose Facilities will be closed on Monday, January 26. As a result, all programming will be canceled for the day.

Tai Chi Beginning - Level 1

"Chi" is your internal energy, your life force.
Tai Chi is an ancient practice that helps move the energy throughout the body.
This class is designed specifically for older adults at all levels of ability.
These exercises can be performed in a standing or seated position.
The goal of this class is to introduce students to the basics of how to breathe, move and improve the your body's functions.
Cultivating Chi works on the mind, body and spirit.

Silver Sneakers Members are encouraged to attend.
