Liquid Gym on Land
This results-oriented class is designed for individuals seeking a higher level of athletic training without working out in water.
The workout will incorporate a variety of aquatic exercises that will be performed on land.
Movements will mimic exercises done underwater while also including boxing techniques offered for land training.
