Class Capacity: VIRTUAL CLASS (online)
Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.
Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement.
This class will begin virtually Monday, October 3rd and also be onsite (25 person maximum) starting Monday, November 7th.
Repeats every week every Monday until Mon Oct 31 2022.
