Aqua Bike is a spin bike designed for use in water.
The Aqua Bike workout integrates cardio, strength training, and water resistance to deliver an effective full-body workout.
Whether you are a new or experienced rider, come enjoy a high-impact workout in a low-impact environment!
Registration- June 8th – June 12th, 9AM – 12PM and 1PM – 3PM. Please note Aqua Bike registration must be completed in person.

A low impact, high intensity water aerobics class designed for all fitness levels.
This class aims to improve flexibility, core strength, muscle tone and endurance.
Exercises will include walking, speed walking, jogging and other cardio movements.
Aquatics equipment will also be utilized to perform various exercises.
