Chair Yoga
Class Capacity: Onsite 35; Virtual unlimited.
Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.
Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement.
Note that this class has TWO Sessions:
- Session 1 starts 4/1, Session 1 registration is March 18-22, 2024 (9am-2pm).
- Session 2 starts 5/13, Session 2 registration is May 6-10, 2024 (9am-2pm).
