In the first session from 10am 3pm with an hour lunch break, we will be making a small fairy house or mushroom house out of clay.
We will then attach the house to a planter/bowl we make.
The piece will then be dried slowly and fired in the kiln.
In the second session the participant will bring their own dirt, small plants, pebbles and other items to create the fairy house planter scene.
Prerequisite: Beginner class is required to participate.

Using polymer clay, we will make heads/arms/legs for a fantasy creature, human or humanoid.
After baking these in the oven, we will paint the facial features.
Apertures will be made for these and then we will clothe them.
Sewing is not necessary.
Supplies will be provided.

Come and learn some basics of sewing.
Learn to thread a machine and basic sewing methods.
Some of the projects and techniques we will learn are French seams, basic mending - hemming, buttons/Velcro, mending, fabric pairing for each project, market bag/tote, travel roll up.
Limited space.
Participants are welcomed to bring their machines.
