Meditation has been linked to a variety of health benefits including reduction in stress, anxiety, depression, headaches, pain, and blood pressure. Meditation can positively affect emotional and physical health, improves concentration and memory, resulting in better academic and work performance. Meditation helps you become a happy person.

4th Qtr Mind & Meditation

Class Capacity: 15 Learn and practice meditation methods taught by a practitioner who has more than twenty-five years in meditation practice and teaching. Favorable outcomes of meditation include increase in elevated state of awareness and concentration, improved memory, better self-control, and reduction in stress, anxiety, depression, headaches, and blood pressure

2nd Qtr 2024 Relationships as We Age

Day(s): 
Thursday
Navigating relationship changes as we get much older. Come and engage with a family therapist and learn how to improve communication skills, find strength to continue enjoying the relationships, or work towards a peaceful ending. Topics will include spouses losing cognitive and/or physical abilities, caretakers, fragile friends, grief process. Space is limited.
