This class will help you to organize family records and pictures.
Discover and document your family history and leave a record for your children.

Participants will learn why obtaining genetic cancer screenings could help eradicate cancer of tomorrow by getting early screenings.

Benson participants will enjoy a presentation by Lynnette Allen.
She will lead a lively discussion on achieving physical and mental wellness, so you can feel good all over.
Maintaining Healthy Joints Seminar
Benson participants will learn how to maintain healthy joints by incorporating healthy nutrition, exercises, and regenerative medicine from an industry professional.
Presentation: Reading Food Labels
Mr. Martin Willis of Humana will teach what food labels reveal about what’s really in your food, and whether your favorite foods are as healthy as you think.

Ms. Jennifer Jones will share information on the importance of regular exercise, and why nutrition has the largest impact on fitness.
