Due to Winter Storm 2026, all Senior Multipurpose Facilities will be closed on Monday, January 26. As a result, all programming will be canceled for the day.

If you are in need of additional resources or assistance, please reach out to STARline (Soaring Through Aging Resources). STARline is a free information and referral service for Fulton County seniors aged 60 and older, their families, caregivers, and the community. STARline helps seniors who wish to remain in their homes and serves as a gateway to community resources.

4th Qtr 2019 Advanced Soulful Strut Line Dancing

This class is for members who already know the language of line dance, able to respond to voice instruction, have mastered the basic steps, and shown ability to memorize dances with multiple steps. Members must be physically able to turn quickly and dance for 5-10 minutes without getting winded. If you’re ready for more variety, challenge, and opportunity to learn at a faster pace, this class will be great exercise and a lot of fun! *Instructor approval is required to attend this class.

Zumba Gold Workshop

Benson participants will enjoy the popular Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba at a modified, lower-intensity, yet fun pace designed for active older adults.

On Friday, September 6th in our Multipurpose Dining Hall, from 2:00 to 3:00 pm.

Silver Sneakers Information and “Zumba Pop-Up Fitness” Event: Benson participants will have an opportunity to learn more about the benefits of Silver Sneakers program while getting fit during a Zumba Gold Class.
