An intermediate-level fitness class that sculpts and tones the body.
This workout uses dumbbells and body weight for resistance while moving to the beat of music.
Over time, participants will notice improvements in muscle tone, posture, balance, and strength.
Exercises may be modified and performed seated in a chair.
Class Capacity: Onsite 35; Virtual unlimited.
Each class is 50 minutes.
