"Chi" is your internal energy, your life force. Tai Chi is an ancient practice that helps move the energy throughout the body. This class is designed specifically for older adults at all levels of ability. These exercises can be performed standing or seated. The goal of this class is to introduce students to the basics of how to breathe, move and improve the your body's functions. Cultivating Chi works on the mind, body and spirit.
