Exercises to improve flexibility and range of motion.
Class will include use of mats, weights, blocks, and therabands to achieve maximum strengthening and lengthening of muscles and joints.
Mats will be used during the last half of class.
Participants may choose to end class at that time if mats are not an option for them.
Some modifications will be given to those who wish to remain seated or stand during this portion of the class.
Class Capacity: Onsite 35; Virtual unlimited.
Each class is 50 minutes.
